    I should mention that the dress in question isn't even a color I would call "champagne" anyway.  It's more...  dark gold.  Not that I really care, but damn.  If you're going to fight over who gets to wear a dress, shouldn't it at least fit my original specifications?

    Ok, here's the whole story.

    At first, I told my BMs just to pick any dress in the "champagne" color from David's Bridal.  Easy enough, right?  Nope.

    Bridesmaid K went shopping there and couldn't find anything she liked.  So I told her it didn't matter to me if she bought a dress somewhere else as long as it was a similar color.  This is what she picked out:

    It's a little lighter than I imagined, but it still fits into my "various neutrals" vision so I'm fine with it.

    Bridesmaids W and A managed to stay inside the original David's Bridal plan.  Amazing.

    And now Bridesmaid B is wearing this (the color is a little off on the screen):

    I really don't care about the colors.  It is very close to white, but it's not floor-length with a train so idgaf.  I'm past caring.  If the color fits in the category of "neutral" then it's ok with me.

    But if I keep having to answer "but what if she does buy the same dress???" texts, ima punchahoe.
