  I just paged a poster on SB named CardMonsta.  I'm 99% sure it was her that had these shoes.
  
  She might know where to get them, but I know she was in love with them and probably won't sell hers.

  Mine were slightly different - they had the embellishment on the toe.

  
  

  I found mine at Macy's, in-store.  I would give your local Macy's a call.  I was also able to buy them with a ton of coupons.

  Thanks ladies.. I must have totally skipped over the nina website. I was hoping to find them somewhere for the endless.com price.. which is $40 less than on the nina website. I know, I know.. I shouldn't be so picky.. but I was really hoping to save $$

  Oh..those were JUST on Beyond The Rack last week for $50 or less.  It was only for 3 days though and I think it was Wednesday or Thursday I got the email.
