FI and I made these yesterday and they were SO GOOD:

The only thing I'd say is that they didn't stay togther as well as I'd hoped. Try to get long chicken cutlets. Delicious even if it didn't stay together in the roll.

Lunch was the worst Cuban sandwich ever. I want my kitchen to magically unpack so I don't have to eat so much take out or restaurant food.

I'm kinda hoping I'll just have some soup and pass out early tonight, but I'm being all obsessed with telling people about stuff that I've made that I've pinned, so here you go.

I had the pasta and sauce from this for lunch today, so I guess I meet the WFL requirement. I made this last week and it was a huge hit in the LDY household. H even requested I make it for dinner this weekend when our friends come over.

LDY, those crispy chicken wraps look delish. It looks like I have all the ingredients too!

What kind of hot sauce did you use? We have a generic medium chunky salsa type and some Louisiana Habanero Hot Sauce. It seems really hot since H only uses a little and he loves hot hot stuff (I don't do super spicy/hot very well).

It's 4:30, and I'm eating some leftover soup/stew I made yesterday. I basically took everything we had in the pantry, fridge and freezer, and made something.

1 can canellini beans, drained

1 can black beans, drained and rinsed

2 chicken breasts, cubed

1 can fire roasted diced tomatoes

frozen corn

frozen peas

frozen carrots

chopped celery

red pepper flakes, thyme, rosemary, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper

6 cups chicken stock, 1 cup water

1.5 cups rice

I cooked all the veggies in butter, added the chicken and spices. The added the liquids and rice and just let it cook. I put in about 1/4 cup of cream at the end. It is so good, and I'm sad its almost gone.
