I had a bad experience with a photographer in the Baltimore area. 15 months later, still dont have our wedding album. Took a year and complaint to the BBB to get our prints!! Since he isn't actually registered with the BBB they can't get him to do anything, so we sit and wait because he doesn't answer emails or calls or return messages. ALso, he promised great edits to the photos, but he left many things unfixed and had to ask him to do many of the things he said he would (like remove things from the background). We've sent sooo many emails and calls, and he's promised resuls so many times....though i am still waiting, so dont want to put his name up yet, I'll email it to you if you'd like.
