  Maybe chose some rustic earth tone colors.
  
  I would google "Western/Southernbelle Weddings" and see what you like as far as colors go.
  
  You don't have to have a theme or color scheme although sometimes one or the other helps lead to the other.  For example our theme was "fall" so our colors became brown, orange, red, and yellow. 
  
  I can't help much with location, I am in California but I would recommend getting an idea on your guest list next.  After that then maybe consider having it at a place that is free (do you know anybody who owns/lives on a farm/barn/has a nice backyard?
  
  You may also consider doing a non-Saturday wedding.  Our venue offered us a free rental since it was on a Friday, we just had to use their caterer (which is fine since we were in need of one and they weren't expensive).

  Your colors don't HAVE to be seasonal.  For example our wedding is in October this year and both our favorite colors is blue, so I'm doing royal blue and burnt orange.  So I'm kind of mixing favorite with seasonal.  There a million color options.  You can use the knots picture to brows and see what you like from what others have done.  As for the budge you can cut out all sorts of unnecessary things; favors, programs, do candle instead of flower centerpieces.  Just read the budget board and you'll get lots of ideas.  Can't help you on where, ask your local boards on that (see menu on left).  Good luck!

  Western themed definitely brings a lot of brown tones to mind, but you can definitely mix in whichever other color you want! Brown and teal, brown and orange, brown and plum. You have a lot of options. My girls are wearing champagne, and I think that color would look nice as well.
  
  Definitely google image western weddings. LOTS of great ideas out there, Oriental Trading and some other sites have a lot of cute western themed favors and decorations, have fun with it!  I love this idea of wearing cowboy boots under your wedding dress for photos (a friend did this who got married in Texas this year).
  
  Sorry I can't be of help with the location. Definitely try a venue you can rent for free. Lots of great DIY things you can do for centerpieces and favors with your theme.

  Awesome! I love the combination! Good idea on the cake/cupcake table being orange, I may steel that :)  Do you have a picture of your shoes? I want blue but I'm having a terrible time finding ones I like

  They're wedges, which isn't for everyone BUT.... My fiance is my same exact height and always gets a little sad when I wear heels (he tells me I look hot, but I can see the disappointment lol). So they're perfect to give just a little height, but not too much.
