    Shannon- Good job on your challenges last night. I was thinking the same thing about coordinating the dips and push ups. What I have been doing is doing my push ups first thing in the morning and then my dips when I get home from work. That seems to be working well so far!

    Sit Ups:

    Last night I did W5D1 of the push up and squat challenges.
    Push ups:
    Program goal: 86
    Completed: 90

    Squats:
    Program goal: 119
    Completed: 125

    This morning I did W5D2 of the sit up challenge.
    Program goal: 153
    Completed: 155

    Exciting! I cant wait to get mine! I think we can tenatively plan for next Wednesday and then if someone doesnt have theirs yet we can push it back a bit. I dont want to start without someone!

    Not sure when I will recieve my 30DS.  I ordered it on whatever day we all talked about it from Amazon.  Hopefully before next wednesday!

    I am doing week 5 day 2 of the push up challenge this evening...

    I am up to start 30 DS whenever. I have the video already!!
