Recommendations for Vineyards?

My fiance and I want to have our wedding at a local vineyard, but just not sure where. Anyone have any really fantastic experiences with any in the area? How about any in the DC/VA region?

    We visited one in Upper Marlboro called Running Hare Vineyards.  It was very nice with a brand new inside reception location.

    The PP is incorrect. Running Hare Vineyard is in Calvert County NOT Prince Georges County where Upper Malboro is located. They do have a beautiful new event building overlooking the vineyards. Their wines have won numerous awards and they have wine tastings and entertainment on the weekends when the weather gets warmer  if you want to check the place out.

    Eastern Shore of Maryland - Just over the bridge.....I know of a Bridal Show that is in the vineyards on the Eastern Shore.  Is this where I would post about it and is anyone interested?  Only $5 admission with over 30 vendors and door prizes every 15 minutes.  Oh, and don't forget the wine and food sampling.

    I've heard some excellent recommendations for Running Hare! We just went to Wine in the Woods this weekend and met someone whose son got married there recently and had nothing but good things to say! Definitely will be checking it out! Thank you!!
