Question about introductions of some of the members in my wedding party that are doctors

How should I have the DJ introduce my brother and 2 girlfriends at the reception.  For example, should I say Dr. John Smith or should I say John Smith?

    How are you introducing the other members of your wedding party?  If you're using titles, use your brother's correct title.  If everyone else is going by their first names, then just use his first name.

    What Mica said. If you're saying "Mr. Joe Smith, Miss Sally Jones, Mrs. Jane Johnson" then you would say "Dr. John Smith" for the doctors. If everyone is just going by Joe Smith, then you would leave off the title for the Dr.
