It's one part genetics (thanks Dad!) and one part I'm really crappy at exercising regularly. So this is my kick in the pants to remember to do something- run, 30 Day Shred, whatever- every day. And I recheck in 3 months or I'm on statins. I cannot be 30 and on a statin.
Also- any suggestions for favorite healthy recipes? We don't eat much red me, and I really do try to limit items with lots of saturated fat.
