We are considering booking Rev. Joshua as our officiant, but my FH is a little nervous because he would prefer for us to be married by someone that we actually know. We're not very religious and we aren't looking to do any premarital counseling (we've been together for almost 9 years now), so using an officiant from our parents' churches isn't really an option. I don't like the idea of having a friend get ordained because I'm afraid the ceremony will seem sloppy. Any thoughts/suggestions? Do you have any experience with Rev. Joshua?
