Chef Nelson for cake

Hi there,

Anyone have experience with Chef Nelson for their cake?

We're from out of town, but without having meeting him yet he seems:

1) To have a lot of experience know 
2)Have thousands of "stock options"
3)Be very inexpensive.

We're looking for simple and tasty and under $250 for our 85 guests.  He seems to fit our bill.

Thoughts?

    Uhhh, don't know what happened with my #1, there. I meant that he has a lot of experience. :)

    Hi! I am planning from out of town too. We made a trip to FL in Dec and did 4 cake tastings and we decided to go with Chef Nelson. We liked him, his prices and his cakes. Everything we tried was really good! GL:)
