  Have you looked for it under that designer under the knot dress photos online here? That would be my first suggestion, or find that designers website and look there.

  I'm usually pretty good at helping find specific dresses, but since Sophia Tolli's website won't load for me I'm afraid I can't be much help!
  
  All I can suggest is you find a local store that carries that line and bring in the magazine to show them.  There's a list of stores that carry the line by state on page 440.
