Looking for affordable wedding flowers for cascading bouquet

I would like a cascading bouquet for my wedding, but I am on a really tight budget so I cannot afford the usual white wedding flowers like calla lillies, gardenias, stephontis, etc. What white flowers would make a pretty cascading bouquet for a summer wedding that wouldn't break the bank?

Re: Looking for affordable wedding flowers for cascading bouquet

  • Ask your florist.

We almost hired a florist who was so budget-minded, she refused to buy the vases we requested and charge us full price. Her standard cascading bouquet had casablanca lilies, roses, tulips, and ribbon.
  • White roses, carnations, mums, baby's breath are all pretty inexpensive.
  • My florist told me roses are pretty inexpensive compared to other flowers. It also depends on the time of the year.

  • My cascading bouquet was made by www.SilkFlowersByJean.com for $65, they have very reasonable prices. It had white roses, blue roses, blue eastern lilies, and blue calla lilies. I am sure they could do one in white. Thanks, Kim

  • Silk flowers are an affordable option too, and if they're good quality then theres not much difference.

I sell silk flowers here: http://www.etsy.com/shop/PetalGem
  • My florist recommended a babys breath cascade, I loved it! $50
