I've been doing a lot more with upper body weights and I'm starting to feel like my sleeves on all of my shirts are getting tight. I hate tight clothing. Anyone else experience this? Have you just sucked it up?
I always had this problem with my arms when I was seriously lifting weights. However, I never incorporated cardio as I am now doing. I just added in weights to my workout (bench, etc) so we'll see if that helps them tone and slim down, instead of just getting thicker.
In the past I just lived with it--I figured at least they looked toned, instead of being both jiggly and thick. lol
