I care! I am way attached to my mom, and I would absolutely wear a dress she wouldn't pick first, but if she honestly hates it, yes, it would affect my decision. More than if my FI hated it, probably.

I can respect that. If my mom had said she HATED the dress I chose, I would've thought twice. If she'd just said it wasn't her favorite, probably not. I'm just saying if you love it, and your FI loves it, then get what makes you happy. Your mom will eventually love it too, because it's you, in a pretty dress, on your wedding day.

Ha, Shelly. Sounds like Miss Kendall. She threw a major fit right before she had to walk down the aisle for my sister's wedding. This pretty much explains her attitude all day: (You may have to click to get the full effect)

That's the only picture the photographer was able to get of her.

Miss Intentional, those are so pretty though! But I can relate. Me and heels don't get a long.
