My wedding band is on it's way!

My FI got a call that my wedding band is being shipped out today!  The only bummer is that I'll be at a conference in Chicago for the next few days and I won't get home until late Friday night, so I have to wait 3 more days to try it on. :(

    So exciting... but beware...  It's so tempting to try it on daily... and by try it on, I mean wear it for a minute (or 60, or just for this movie...) because it looks so awesome on your hand.  :)

    FI and I take turns asking each other if we can wear our bands just for dinner, etc.. and we take turns being the bad guy and saying no, too :)

    Ahh that is so exciting! I had to put ours in the safe so we wouldn't be so tempted to try them on from time to time :)

    Congrats!  And haha you're lucky you'll be away.  Once you have that thing in your posession all you'll want to do is wear it.  I can't even wear my e-ring right now, either, because FI took it to get polished when he picked up our rings last week, and it's platinum so it scratches super easy.  So now I'm just wearing a plain white gold band so I don't feel naked until the night of the rehearsal dinner Cry.

    That's so exciting! I tried mine on over the weekend. We also keep ours in a safe so I never go near it. I just "forget" that it's there!
