Hello Ladies,

Just saying hello  (once again).  This past summer two of my best friend got married, so I signed up for the knot as  a bridesmaid.  Before I knew it was soo consumed with the message boards and planning my wedding without being engaged. Such a faux paux.

I am grateful for my advance research on venues because I have all the venues I am interested in lined-up.  We are starting with the Palace at Somerset Park, The Merion (only South Jersey venue I'm looking at) and The Stone House. 

We're shooting for a January of 2011 wedding. I want a winter wonderland wedding - it's been my dream since childhood.

Would you mind taking a minute to introduces youselves? 

I'm Christine.  I'm 27.  I live with my FH in Central NJ.  I do consulting for pharmaceutical companies so I tend to travel frequently.

    hi & congrats! my name is kristin, getting married at the venetian.

    out of the 3, i've been to the palace and it is fabulous. I visited stone house but decided it wasn't for me, but it has a very nice ambiance to it.

    Hi! I am Mare and I am getting married at the Merion in November 2010 (only South Jersey venue I looked at too-I am from Hamilton in Mercer county). I just went there the last time it snowed to put down our second deposit and it looked so beautiful with the snow; the skylight room looked so nice with the snow on the dome....the xmas decor was out of this world...I really wish they would have that for mine, but they do not start decorating until December...anyway, lots of food, beautiful place. I have been to a wedding there so I already know it is awesome and it is a bit pricy, but nothing for what you get compared to other places, especially in January! Good Luck!
    Oh and I heard the Palace is incredible!
