  There are definitly some beautiful wine country locations in Livermore.  Purple Orchid Inn, Rios Lovell, Casa Real, Mitchel Katz, Murietta's Well.  Garee is the only one with a tent though.  Good luck!

  We just booked the Martinelli Event Center for our June 2012 wedding!  We visited a number of places in Livermore (MUCH more affordable than Napa/Sonoma).  All are totally different and equally charming.  I also thought I'd want that 'tent' feel, but fell in love with the mission-style courtyard private villa feel of the martinelli center.  The Palm Event Center is also incredible, totally decadent, but still feels vineyard.  Wente is also gorgeous, but a little pricier for Livermore (though the food is supposed to be amazing).
