What gift to get the maid of honor..... HELP?

Hello fellow Knotties! I am in a bit of a pickle and could use some suggestions. I am in the mist of purchasing the gifts for the attendents, however I am stumped on what to get my MOH. She is a gal who has everything that she wants and she also does not need the jewelery for the ceremony. She is also not into spa days..... so I am stumped... Any ideas?

    What else is she into?  And how much do you want to spend?  I like coming up with gift ideas for people, but I need to know more about her. 

    Does she have any favorite sports teams/bands that you could get tickets to?  Is she a foodie who would love a gift card to a nice restaurant she's never been to?  Is she into outdoor adventures where you could pay for her to go white water rafting or mountain climbing?  Or maybe a nice pair of earrings (NOT for the ceremony).

    What would you get her for her birthday?  Anything that goes toward making her look pretty for your wedding doesn't count.

    Sometimes I feel like people think that brides are delicate little flower princesses who get all dressed up and pretty for one special moment of their dreams, when really they're just normal people who just happen to be getting married. Things shouldn't have to be sugar-coated for grown-ass women. -mstar284

    I would love to leave it as simple as getting her a gift card however I hate to just hand her an envelope and say here you go. I would like to give her something that she can open. As far as what to get her for her birthday I have no idea I am working on that delima right now. She is a past photographer and she enjoys going to church and she just had a baby. So that is why I am perplexed? My mind is just not being creative I need some help brain storming.

    I have my sister a small bean necklace from Tiffany's. It was a little more than I orginally anticipated spending, but she went above and beyond hosting my shower, bach party, etc. and I wanted to do something special for her.

    I am getting my MOH a few things. I got her a sister necklace, a compact heart mirror from Things Remember which is engraved, and a pair of earrings (but this doesn't really count bc they will wear them to the wedding).
