renting a tent?

I would like to get married outside..but we are getting married in October and nobody knows what the weather could be like. Anybody know of any tent rental places that isnt to expensive, since if it turns out to be a nice day we wont use the tent.

    I guess it would help to know if you have a venue in mind already? There are several places in southeast Michigan that already have overhead protection in place (ie pavilions), or that have alternative indoor sites next door, but allow a tent.


    If you already know where you are having it, then it would help to know how many people you are inviting. My philosophy has always been that if I'm paying for something, I'd like to own it afterward. But that's me. You can get 20 x 10 tents, called "car port tents" for $100 or less online. They are almost always white, and trust me, there will be many occasions when you use them in your life for parties, or other family members or friends will borrow it.


    If you want something that is more elegant, I don't think I can help there. I'll be getting one, but not until August 2011. The one place I did save a link to is here:

    Colonial Event - colonialevent.com rents out tents, i've found their prices to be very reasonable and negotiable
