My AW isn't really that exciting, but I'm just happy that I can participate in this since I have a snow (ice) day and am off school: My dress should be in in the next two weeks!

MH- I love both of those albums/singers. Esp. Adele, amazing voice.

I confess I am so nervous about finding a new MUA at this point, I am just under 5 mos out. I feel sick to my stomach about it

And I was a wreck earlier this week after our "tasting" which was not good. At all. They didn't even offer any of the main courses we wanted to try. FI and I wrote a professional email stating our concerns to our event managers and are still waiting to hear back from them.

I think I am getting to the nerve-wracking sucky part of wedding planning!

to all - btw, DH usually never cleans the house but whatever, I don't trust him cleaning anyway bc it won't be up to my standards lol but what irks me is that I was cleaning HIS shoes because HE stepped in poo which was pointless because I should have never asked him to go into the shed in the first place because he "couldn't find" the salt. When it was right there as you walk in. I should've just done it myself.

I confess that I am so glad the snow made me take another day off today, because I am crazy sick but probably wouldn't have taken a day on my own.

I also just woke up from 11 glrious hours of sleep. Take that, nasty stuffy nose.

Vent- every morning that I've wanted to work out, my dad comes downstairs to let the dog out in the middle of it. (I'd volunteer to let the dog out, but he likes doing it, and wants to see him in the morning.) I've tried timing my alarm around him... When I take FI to work, I can start by 6.10. (he comes down at 6.15) So, this morning, I got up at 6.45. He walked down at 6.50. Really dad? Really? Pick a time and stay with it... I'm getting frustrated.

Holly's reaction was actually a lot more real then I thought it would be. I figured they would play it up like she mad, but in the end she would be so super happy for him and wished nothing but the best.

However, you could tell that she was upset by it. She never really came out and said it, she mostly said "I have a lot of feelings, and I'm not exactly sure what I feel". You could tell she was really struggling. I could see where she was coming from.

confession - I confess that I literally had a heart attack. I got an email from CHOP saying that they are looking at other candidates that more closely matches their needs and I thought it was for the same position I interviewed for but it's not. I applied to multiple positions.

I just really want this job and I know I shouldn't think I already have it but I can't help it!

Saying that you progressively increase weights does not mean "I don't lift anything over 13lbs!" I means, I start week 1 with whatever I can manage then when I'm comfortable with that (or if it gets easy) I increase my weights another increment to push myself, etc. etc. as you continue to go up. Of course everyone will max out at a point, but you have to push yourself to get there first. If you're lifting weights consistently, your muscles will grow and adapt and in order to really work them you need to add more weight.

It's very common that women don't like to life weights because of the perception that it will make you bulky or it isn't feminine. Unless you're a genetic freak or get some assistance from a supplement, most women will not get big muscles. I fall in the genetic freak category, but I'm used to it :) I have a very muscular athletic body.
