[QUOTE]Fire - Did he send it to your work? If so that is even better! FI once sent me flowers to work on my birthday when he was away at boot camp (sneaky, sneaky). It was super cute. Except I worked on a government campus and I had to go outside the gate to meet the flower guy which was a bit shady. Haha. =)

Yep, sent to work :D He even figured out which station I would be working from this week and figured out the address without asking me, from 600 miles away. Sneaky man!

[QUOTE]Ahh!! Yes! Let's SS!! Hikey!! Can we SS?! I have an excitement- H is going back to Japan tomorrow/today!!! Yay!! And another confession- I just totally at a Lean Cuisine dip, and a LC Pizza. I went on a 4 mile run, but I still feel like a cow.. Oh! and has anyone seen that commercial about the laundry detergent where the girl is like "I wear my yoga pants for everything!.. okay I wear my yoga pants because I'm too lazy for real pants" That is totally me. 98% of the time.. Is that bad?

Fo' real. FI always side-eyes me when that comes on. I have 5 pair of the exact same Old Navy yoga pant that I wear all the time. They don't make this style any more (they have pockets, my big must have), so I mend these to make them last. I'm pro SS if people are down with it. I'm not sure how it works long distance, though. My family's so huge we used to do SS/name drawing every Christmas, now we do the White Elephant thing.

MissB-I'm the same way. Except for me it has to be Nike dri-fit and I have 4 pairs of long pants, and 4 pairs of capris. I just recently found a pair in grey at Ross for like $24 which made me excited since they are normally super expensive from like DicksSportingGoods (the knot won't let me say "D!cks" or Macys. I got most of mine from the Nex though, so they were a bit cheaper. My dad is always fussing because they're all black and I "look like I'm in a cult". When i'm forced to wear real pants, I usually start fantasizing about when I can put my comfy pants back on.. Not that my jeans are like super tight, but you know.. they are so constricting... In my sweats I feel FREEEEEEE!!

Gotcha. We do the same thing, just call it Dirty Santa. It's definitely my favorite part of family Christmas parties. I guess I could have just googled that, but my phone is being stupid and slow, so it just irritates me more than it's worth.

My confession is that I'm addicted to Oregon Trail on Facebook. And those of you who are friends of mine on Facebook, I apologize in advance for recruiting you for my wagon! I promise not to let you die of dysentery, but having "friends" on my wagon really helps my score (because I presume they send you a message asking you to join the game - feel free to turn it down, but it's really fun if you are interested!)

My wagon is currently made up of me, Stan, SamiJoe, DNBeach, and the other Sammy (who hasn't been around recently, but will be back in the coming weeks probably. If anyone's curious, her Officer application is going well, but it's been delayed due to some logistical/budgetary issues that have nothing to do with her. She's hoping to hear for sure in December).

    This is my wagon:

SamiJoe is the same outfit as me since we're basically sisters, Stan & Sammy have guns because they're badass, and DNBeach's character kinda looked like her sorta. I dunno, it doesn't give you a lot of options!

Yeah, White Elephant and Dirty Santa are roughly similar. Of course in my family we have couples that will work in teams to get what they want, we play pretty dirty. We had to institute a limit on "stealing", a present can only be stolen 3 times now. Once the last person goes, if they unwrap something, they can pick from everything that has been opened, and everyone has to trade with them, so you want that position if possible.

I always put on my yoga pants when I get home from somewhere, and I generally wear them on most errands.

She was completely fake and didn't have an H even. She got someone's address. *shudder* Also, I don't understand why Kendall's threads get 60 responses instead of one with me demanding proof that her friend called her sobbing from Afghanistan over MARADMIN 622/11. My other confession... I can't stand being a SAHW right now. :( I don't like the fact that H is the only person bringing in income. He loves it, but it doesn't sit well with me. (I believe it's an Ego thing with me). Granted we combined one of my saving's account into a joint, it still bugs me. I want to be working now while I can, because we both agreed I'd be a SAHM until the kids are in school. NTM I love my career and I'm not ready to give it up yet.

I've been able to make good use of my time and have done some neat things but I need more social interaction and more of my own friends here. Come Jan. I'll prob take any job I can get.

    I love you so much.
I want to throw eggs at those people... Or bring them all a ton of fast food in hopes that they die sooner.
My confession: I feel like I'm not going to graduate. my gpa is sht and I'm just slipping into a blah downward spiral and feel so upset over it... but I'm too chicken to talk to teachers because the couple times I have, I was yelled at and told to go ask help from someone else.
And I confess that even if I do graduate in two quarters, I feel like I don't possibly know enough math to do a mathematical based job. All we do is proofs now. wtf is that... Boeing isn't going to ask me to proof that 1+1:= 2. No. No they're not.
And I confess that I'm just going to end up disappointed H because he is so proud of me and I don't feel I deserve it.. and that I'm just going to crash and burn and he'll love me less for it..
*sigh* ... mid quarter blues... :(
