DJ Recommendations?

Does anyone have any good recommendations for a DJ in North Jersey (Essex county)? I think our photographer recommended DJ MC (I can't find the slip of paper where she wrote the name and number). We also got a few recommendations from our reception hall, but I wanted to see if anyone was really happy with who they had. Did your DJ also do the ceremony music? Our ceremony and reception are at the same place.

I met with Premier Entertainment and Elite Sound the other night. I liked both of them but am choosing Premier because they worked more at my venue and were cheaper. Both places had the option to have ceremony music.

I second Premier. I used them for my August wedding and they were wonderful. I also used them for the Ceremony music and they did an excellent job with that as well as the reception. Our DJ was Co--he was awesome!!

I have been to weddings where Elite Sound were the DJ and they were great.

I am using DJMC. They did one of my best friend's weddings and I thought they were great so I booked them for mine.

I also booked DJMC. I've heard nothing but great reviews about their professionalism and they know how to entertain and get EVERYONE dancing. My photographer also recommended them.

i work with and have known the guys from mystical entertainment (http://partiesbyme.com/) for 4 years know. they are amazing in any event they do and just last year opened their own wedding planning center in nutley. i just got engaged this past january, but even before then, i knew i would be using them for my wedding..check them out!

We used A Starry Night. I highly recommend them if you want a DJ who won't be on the mic all night.

We're using Aria Melody out of Hoboken - similiar in style to A Starry Night (we met with them also) - no lights/gimmicks/fog - just lots of good tunes. John is going to provide the music for our ceremony/cocktails/ reception.
