I'm going with a 40's themed wedding (mobster/godfather themed reception) and I'd like a 40's style wedding dress.  Can anyone help me find the designer of this dress??

    I don't know that dress, but I'll keep an eye out for it. I find myself on a lot of vintage sites.

    I am not sure that looks as 40s to me as 20s. I saw a vendor with some very nice looking 20s pieces the other day:
