Churches in the Debary/Sanford/Lake Mary area

Hello!
I am trying to find a church in the Debary/Sanford/Lake Mary area that will marry non-members and that does not require a premarital course. My fiance is stationed in NJ and will be deployed in September, so he is not able to participate in a live course (wedding is in March). We are willing to do an online course or communicate through emails. I have contacted a LOT of churches in the Debary/Deltona area and none of them were able to help me.

I am still searching, but I figured I would check here to see if anybody had any reccommendations.

    What denomination? Are you set on a church or would you consider another location with a hired minister/officiant?

    Does it have to be a church?  You're probably going to have better luck with this in Daytona or Orlando since they deal with more destination weddings and should be more understanding of nonmembers who haven't taken the premarital course.

    It does have to be in a church.  We usually attend nondenominational churches, but we are open to other options (Baptist, Lutheran, etc).  I live here in the Orlando area, so it’s not a destination wedding. All the pastors and church employees I have spoken to all seem to be understanding, but unwilling to make an exception.

    Did you try any Unitarian Universalist churches?  They are nondenominational.  I am not sure if they require premarital counseling since they teach a little bit of all religions.

    Also, maybe searching for chapels would help you find wedding vendors that are not as hooked on the counseling either?

    Hi I live in Deltona too.I wish I could help but maybe we can keep in touch as I am also planning a wonderful wedding.
