suggestions for wearing a headbadn

I got a headband to wear with my veil...it's gorgeous i love it and I knew i wanted it as soon as a tired it on. PROBLEM: i get really bad headaches anytime I wear a headband, i just can't do it. Does anyone have anny suggestion to ease the pain that day?
i was wondering if i could stretch it out slightly and then have my hairstylist secure it in place.
or just take lots of IBprofen haha

That is a problem! Have you worn the one you bought yet for several hours to see how it feels? Do you have a photo of it?

Cut the headband at around the ear level and hot glue it to a clip on either side. It will still look like a headband, but it won't constrict as much.

InLuv, that's what I was thinking- wondering if the bits she liked on the headband could be removed and sewn onto a fabric band!

i've already bought the headband

i know i probably should have waited but it was one of those things i had to have! it just came in so i plan to try wearing it around to see if it will hurt me, i'mn ot positive if it will. I just know usually i can't wear headbands because of headaches. lets hope this one won't give me one! and that's a good idea bout cutting the part that goes down lower. i think it's just the tightness behind my ears that gives me a headache.
