Groomsmen Question...

Our colors are Aqua and Red, I am having the groomsmen wear either Aqua vest and ties or just ties, still undecided. My question is should the groom wear something different to stand out? If so, what? I want all of them to match but I do want my fiance to stand out, I'm not sure what to do though. I was thinking maybe the groomsmen could wear Aqua ties and only my fiance would wear the Aqua vest and tie?

    I had my groom in an ivory vest and tie - to match me :)

    If you want your groom to wear color I think I'd have the groomsmen in the aqua vests and ties, and then have your groom in just the aqua tie.  Or he could wear a different boutinierre than the rest of the groomsmen.

    My H also wore ivory vest and tie and the GM wore eggplant vest and tie. I like the different bout color, or maybe he could have a pocket square while the others have none?

    my FI is going to wear white to match me. The groomsmen are wearing chocolate brown vests and ties.

    Have the groomsmen wear aqua ties and have the groom wear an ivory or white tie that mirrors what you're wearing. Symbolically it works better for the groom to mirror you than the bridesmaids, don't you think?
