Hair, Make-up, Waxing, and Tanning Help

Hey Ladies!

Does anyone have a resonablly priced location in the Twin Cities Metro area that they recommend for hair, make-up, waxing and tanning? I have a couple quotes but they are a big high in the $300. Any recommendations?

I found a lot to be about that high too. I couldn't afford it, so I just a friend do it. I couldn't find much cheaper for a professional. You could try craigslist and see if anyone posts on there to do it. Maybe someone right out of school and hoping to build a profile?

I'd try a place like Regency in Minnetonka, it's students but ask for someone about to graduate.
