Picking up dress?

Hey all! I know I haven't been around a lot anymore, but I sure do miss you all! This is mostly for the ones who are married.. I am trying to schedule my alterations with Becky [Fowler] and she asked me when I want to pick up my dress. When did you all pick it up before the wedding? The weekend before? the day before?

I picked my dress up from Becky a couple months before the wedding, actually. I think I got it from her in February before my April wedding.

I wouldn't leave it to the week before, day before, or anything that close -- I had enough last-minute stuff to do at that point, I wouldn't want something as important as my dress on my to-do list.

I did my alterations in August for my November wedding and picked up the dress 2 weeks later. I took it back to her the week of my wedding for her to press it and I picked it up the Thursday before my wedding.
