  This may sound lame, but have you tried googling what you're looking for? I found super cheap candles doing that. It doesn't sound like what you're looking for should be too difficult to find.

  I would try Paper Mart Packaging Store - they have everything!  I did not buy anything from them but came across them when I was researching containers.
