Mandalay Bay Brides

Hello! I am looking for any insight or advice I can get regarding a wedding at THE wedding chapel. I am planning from the East Coast and have decided to book with Mandalay Bay, I have only seen photos. It looks beautiful and very modern. Jaimie is my coordinator, so far she has been a dream to work with. I am booked in the Silver Chapel on Saturday September 24th. Any suggestions for a reception??? I am thinking about upgrading my package to a petite all-inclusive however I would  like to explore my options. Thank you!

I am also getting married there in November. Jamie is my coordinator, also. She is so sweet and helpful. How many guests are you planning for? You could do an in-suite reception in either the L suite or the Vista suite. I would make sure you book your suite through Jamie though. Masterpiece Cuisine is a popular caterer for in-suite receptions. You should check out the sticky with the Vegas resources. Hope this helps.

We are doing Valley of the Falls in April.  I'm still researching reception options but a lot of ladies on here have recommended the in-suite options.
I have researched several of the restaurants within the grounds and they can email you menus and options for restaurant receptions up to 50 people.

There are restaurants at Mandalay that can accommadate well over 120 or even 200 if you need to.

We were married in the Platinum Chapel last year and had our reception at Rumjungle (now closed).  However, to ditto PP, there are several restaurants all within easy walking distance of the chapel.  It was very easy to contact them (I went through MB's website) and have menus emailed to me.

    Good luck!

I was married at Mandalay Bay in July of this year and everything was perfect (I was married in the shark reef). I could not have imagined a more perfect day. If you are on the fence I would suggest going for it. We had our wedding dinner at Ri Ra Irish Pub (I have no idea how many people they can accommodate, but the food and service was amazing! Mandalay Bay has some amazing restaurants... you won't even have time to check them all out, which is a bummer! I need to go back so I can visit all of the places I missed when we got married... =)

We were married at MB in May and did the petite all-inclusive.  We switched the entree to all apps.  The set up was beautiful.  I was a very low maintenance bride and the inclusive was right up my alley.  I wanted everything to happen in pretty much the same place.  We selected the Vista suite when we booked our package with MB and added an extra night in the room for the day before.  We were upgraded to the media suite and we were very pleased.

They have their ceremony routines well orchestrated, but never once did I feel rushed or like a number.  Overall I had a great experience.

Thanks everyone for yoour feedback....I am going to book the vista suite as well. Their all-inclusives seem like a great deal. So far I couldn't be happier with my choice or my experience.
