[QUOTE]Dear Knotties, Does anyone else think it's sad that we have to remind adults it's not okay to eat someone else's food in the break room fridge?  I've also resorted to locking up the extra boxes of coffee filters, as those keep disappearing. -Me

It's so frustrating.  I had a full bottle of creamer in there.  This morning - half gone.  And I hid it way in the back on the bottom shelf.

    People are just rude.

    Dear Knotties,

PSA- You can go to ChickFilA.com and make a reservation to try the new spicy chicken biscuit for free this week.

I got mine this morning and it was really good, but kind of weird to eat spicy chicken in the morning.

    Dear self,
Please get better, I'm tired of being sick. And I know you get sick EVERYTIME your cute little nephew comes into town, but his birthday is coming up, and your just going to have to get over his germs. As being sick for going on a month and a half now is just ridiculous.

    Thanks,
    -Me-

    Dear kitchen downstairs,
Can you open already? The box of vanilla wafers I stopped and bought from walmart this morning are stale, and I'm starving for some kind of snack.

Yeah!  I knew this girl through our full time job at the time (she worked at 24 part time) she was not a good friend and not afraid to speak her mind.  At that time I was around 160 which for me is a really comfortable weight (a size 10-12) I can maintain it with an hour  of exercise 5 days a week and watching what I eat but still enjoying my food .  She did not hesitate to tell me that I would make it on the wall of shame if I didnt wear loose fitting clothing!  Sorry but I wear tighter tops because I get sweaty and need something to wick it away not a tshirt.  I was shocked.

    Dear Knotties,

This gym talk is making me feel bad - I have a workout room in my house (aka, an eliptical machine and a couple other random things), and haven't used any of it in MONTHS.  It doesn't help that I have the lowest endurance known to man.... Maybe I'll check out some Wii fitness stuff - I got DH a Wii for Christmas, and his mom gave us her WiiFit board... so maybe that will be a moitvator for me...

    Dear Coworker,

I told you!  So don't go complaining when there is a solution staring at you and you chose not to use it.  Ugh... Thanks for finally taking my suggestion after subjecting me to the complaining all morning.

[QUOTE]Tiffany, Congrats I am soo excited for you!  Also, you just made my day by saying it has zumba too.  We are going to try out the one on Marsh and Trinity mills its only an active which I actually prefer over the sport ones.  In Omaha all (3) of the 24 hours I tried were like meat markets where girls put on makeup BEFORE they worked out.  I am not overly self concious but I always felt very judged so I am hoping that with it beinga smaller 24 hour it wont have that type of enviroment. -knottie who types too much

    Dear Tiffany,
    -Congrats!

    Dear Julie,
-my brother got me the Wii Zumba game for Christmas. I've played it a few times and its fun. I love it because I'm so busy with school, that I can no longer work out as much as I used to do and this way I can take a break with studying w/o leaving the apt

    Dear financial aid,
Hurry up and get into my bank. I have some things to buy that I would feel better getting with more money in the bank account.

Yeah, it does stay kind of busy. We try to go around 8:30, it has usually let up a little by then.

I usually try and wait to go later on in the evening.  I just hate that it messes with eating dinner later.  I don't like eating before I go, it makes me feel sick at my stomach.   I haven't tried any of the classes.  ( I'm too chicken) But yall are making me want to go now!  I may suck it up and try one.Smile

    Tiffany,
    Congrats!

    Anna, Bobbileigh,
I've gone to that 24 before.  Not too close to the house, but not to far out of the way to work.  They used to have this ACtivePump class on Tuesday mornings that was awesome.  But no more (probably to make room for BodyPump).

    Dear 24 hour,
Dang you are so crowded now... grr.  But I may have to try bodypump.

    Dear Boss and Coworkers,

Thanks for being understanding, supportive, and excitedf or me that I am moving onto a new job.  I apprecaite it!

[QUOTE]Dear Natalie and Tiffany, With your recent talk about spin and body pump classes I realized how much I miss them.  I have a 7 day pass to the 24 hour fitness by me and pending its not a complete meat market enviroment I will be signing up just so I can go to these 2 classes (and possibly yoga if they offer) in the evenings.  I really do mean thank you because I think these 2 classes will be the boost my body needs to melt away some fat. -knottie who really misses group classes that challenge me

Although I tried relentlessly to avoid it, you have made me sick. I am not disciplined enough to work from home when I'm well, let alone when I'm sick and want nothing more than to sleep. Ugh.
