See, the whole not-calling-the-landlord-for-stuff-that-doesn't-concern-him thing is why I really think she's full of shitt. If some dog repeatedly busted into my yard and terrorized Cooper, calling the landlord would be the farthest thing from my mind. I'd talk to the neighbors at most twice (and I wouldn't go over there saying, "Let me find a rescue for your dog. I'll give it away for you."), and then I'd call the cops.
