sorry and thank you but we went with another vendor/photog/stylist etc

I wanted to know some nice ways to say Thank you for your time (insert vendor here) but we decided to go with someone else. It's not because you're awful but because we liked them better. I feel like these potential vendors still spent a nice amount of time with us talking and helping us to envision our wedding-

    I only had to go throught that with one vendor, a florist. She was very bad at getting back to me in a timely manner, and had canceled 2 appts. I told her that I appreciated the information she had given me, but was choosing to go with another florist because they were more in tune with my needs.

    Just say thanks, but you're going with someone else.  

    We only had one vendor that we felt bad about not booking--a DJ--because we thought he was great and he did take some time to meet with us for a longer talk.  We told him that we thought he would have been wonderful, but we decided to go with live music instead.

    We really appreciate your time, but have chosen to go wtih another vendor (because of budget concerns or another reason if you feel compelled to give a reason). Your bouquets are very beautiful (or some other compliment here), and we wish you all the best.
