    Have you checked out the HI vendors bio? There's a link to it in my siggy (I think). It's got a list of photogs that other knotties have used and would recommend. Keep in mind that many photogs travel, so you could always hire one from another island.

    FWIW, my photog, Joanna Tano just moved to Oahu...

    Kyler from Kai-photo did a photoshoot for me and my brother a couple years back (not wedding-related), but he was super nice and easy to work with.  I've been following his work over the years and like his style.

    There are a lot of great photographers around...it comes down to your preference of style (traditional vs. photojournalistic) and budget.

    Reasonably priced, however photos are uneventful and lack creativity. I think I needed someone more fun to work with.
