Dear Annoying Co-Worker,

Stop making stupid rules by yourself out of no where and expecting the other teachers to enforce them and the kids to know them. These kids are 6 and 7 years old, they can jump off something that's less than a foot off the ground and swing on a bar. Furthermore, you are not the director or lead teacher and you shouldn't be able to just create playground rules without imput from anyone else. Also, for this reason and others, I'd love to not work in the same grade as you next year...so please don't request me.
