When do you give the groom his gift? the day befor the wedding or the day of the wedding?

    We have decided to write one another private vows/love letters instead of gifts. We are reading them out loud to one another when we get to our honeymoon suite.

    We plan on exchanging ours during the rehearsal dinner. I of course don't know what he got me/is getting me but while my gift to him is personal it's nothing I dont mind exchanging in front of others

    My FH and I are exchanging gifts after the wedding in private. I think it will be more sweet and intimate that way, but you should do it whenever you feel it is right. There's no particular time anyone expects you to give him the gift.
