I must admit that as much as I think that damn Dr. Oz is overrated.... he has really good recipes. He has a HUGE section for weightloss meals, and they look great.

I usually use http://www.eatbetteramerica.com/ for recipe sarches, but Dr. Oz has some really good ones too.

I am definitely going to look at all these sites once my home comp is back up & running! I plan on joining WW online so it will be helpful for me to plan my meals and maybe finally get back on track...
