its a simple princess cut solitaire, but that is all i wanted. but like i said, FI and i are hoping to save up for a setting with side stones, maybe for an anniversary down the road.

I would have no idea about that all btw, but it came with a GIA paper.

I can't remember the size of mine.....but I do know the colour is a B. When we were looking I really felt that colour made such a difference. And the cut is Excellent. I was fine with compromising on clarity and carat. It's just a simple Princess-cut solitaire, Canadian and conflict-free. FI got exactly what I wanted

The top picture is my new ring,the second it my original ring. He picked the original one out by himself and I loved it but the band started to turn yellow and when we had it replated the plating was coming of in chunks, so we had the original diamonds reset in a palladium band that we custom designed and was hand made for us.

My boyfriend bought the ring and showed me the stock photo (He picked it himself but I'm so picky with jewelry he wanted to get final approval). He claims he isn't actually going to make it official and pop the question till summer, but we've done some planning already... The suspense of seeing the ring in person is KILLING me of course... pinkpinot, its very similar to yours, and since I'm so curious what it'll look like on hand, if you don't mind me asking, how big is your center carat?

I LOVE my ring. My fiancé designed it off of this picture. The only things that are different are that he didn’t do the small diamonds around the center stone and I only have diamonds on the side of the setting (not on the top of the band). I’m not sure if that makes sense?? It’s a 2.0 carat colorless diamond! It’s amazing…I don’t have my own pictures. I feel like I’m the only person who didn’t take pictures of her ring. I guess I’m weird. HaHa! J I’m open for suggestions….I’m not sure how to do my wedding band since I have diamonds on the sides and a wedding band may cover them up. I really want a wedding band too.

My wonderful financè proposed out of the blue on Christmas Eve with this stunning one-of-a-kind engagement ring that he picked out entirely on his own. It's colorless and flawless, 1.5 karats in the center stone alone, 40 diamonds total, each secured in place by individual beads of 18 karat white gold, it's filigreed on either side (front and back) and the band is hand-etched all the way around. I never got my hopes up enough to pick out my "ideal engagement ring", but if I had to go back and really think about it, this is what I would have wanted. He did a perfect job. It looks like everyone else's fiancès did perfect jobs as well! Congratulations to all!

I totally agree that there are a ton of beautiful but HUGE rocks on here! I love y'alls rings so beautiful! I never have really wanted a diamond e-ring and thankfully my wonderful fiance took that into account and got me this:

I LOVE IT! It is a 2.25 carat blue topaz with 6 small and 2 larger diamonds on each side! It sparkles so much!
