I do post here, sometimes.
I've been lurking for a couple months (because my friend got engaged and I wanted ideas) and I just kinda... stayed. I mostly post on NEY but I'm branching out.

Kiki, as long a y'all didn't dress up in Hogwart's robes to go get the books and see the movies at midnight... what? Oh, Kiki.

I'm embarrassed to say I've been lurking on E for at least a year?  It wasn't much at first, but I got addicted.  I don't really post because my day starts out boring with lots of time to catch up on the boards, and then just as stuff starts to get going here, I get slammed with something at work.  By the time I get back, it takes forever to catch up, or everyone's gone.
That sucks.  I know in some states and for some procedures they qualified by law that surgeries to restore you to what you looked like before a medically necessary procedure have to be covered, but I don't know where or the extent to which that covers stuff.  If I win the lottery, though - I got 'cha.  :D  Not that you need it, but if you want it, I want you to have it.  Ya know?  Lala, some girl was bitching about how their best man was threatening to not come to the wedding because the bride wouldn't let them bring their newborn, which meant his wife would have to stay home.  The groom wanted to let them bring the baby.  She kept waffling on how/why/when they told them no babies and reasons and such, and it sounded to me like she was being a spoiled brat and wanted to be the center of attention and was being unreasonable to her FI and his best friend.  Moose agreed with me.  I called her a brat, and you went after me for it.  Banana was upset about me suggesting they make an exception for this one.  It was one of those posts that can go either way, and I just didn't believe the fake, sweet facade the OP was presenting. It's NBD.  I find it really funny now, though, that Moose agreed with me.  Nobody commented on that at all, just continued flaming the newb.  :D

  • My question would be for all of the married ladies who have  been here awhile...why don't y'all have bios anymore?  Did you not make one to begin with or is there a specific reason you took them down?  I'm mostly thinking of Banana, Georgia, Fish, Moose...that's all I can think of at the mo.

I mean, if Lala can make one with only one good eye, there's no excuse for you.
Oooh, I have a question! Amoro, how long do you think you guys will live in Sweden? Is it back to the US after this or on to the next country?
    Posted by emilyinchile
How long we stay depends on a few things, but mostly if I can find a job.  We've given that a year.  Any longer and we'll be up shiit creek. Barring that however,, we could be here pretty indefinitely.  We really like it here (which is the opposite to how we felt  in Italy) and it just depends upon what happens with his job.  He's a permanent employee, so the sky's the limit, really.

We'd be open to another country I think, but we'd be more careful about where we go since we "know" more now.

Are you going to stay in Chile forever?
