What gets me is that they're both really, really wonderful people. I just don't think that either of them had a clue that it's not okay to do, well, any of that. I just hope when mom calls to give him the heads up that they'll be open about tweaking the plans.

That. Is spectacular.

And spectacular in the way that houses with way too many lights and decorations at Christmas are spectacular. Incredibly tacky to the point of being almost obscene, but you know somebody had to work REALLY HARD to get it that tacky. Your brother wins the prize for absolutely the worst invitation ever.

OMG! Un-freaking-real! Wow. Don't even know what to say.

If the people they've invited are soooo clueless that the bride and groom think they wouldn't even know how to dress properly, then why did they even invite them? Oh my gosh. Apparently, they've only been hanging out with them and their bad fashion choices out of charity or something? Yegads!

And to even THINK they ought to dictate what is/isn't classy enough when they have committed sooooooo many faux pas themselves? Oh. My. God. Paypal??? Are you kidding me?

No way in heaven or hell would I attend. OK, maybe I would just to see what will certainly be a spectacle for all those lucky and cool enough to be wardrobe-approved, buy their way in and HOPEFULLY be able to bring their +1.

Us too. We went last June and it rained on and off all week. Crazy stuff! St John is the bomb! Can't wait to get back down there in March.

Lynda I didn't mean to make you homesick. We are finally, finally closing on the house we found last June in March. Boy has this been a long haul. Good thing we are very patient people.
