If you are thinking about getting your marriage license soon I encourage you to visit the East Fair Oaks office. It's on the corner of Hazel and Madison in the Raley's shopping center. FI and I went today and didn't have an appointment. We were in and out in 10 minutes. The wait time at the downtown office was over 2 hours for walk in appointments.
Just thought I'd share the advice.
