How to make bird seed ornaments as favors

I was MOH for my MOH's wedding this past May and since she's a big nature lover, we made bird seed ornaments as her favors. I took pictures of it as we went along and wrote a blog post about it that you might find helpful.

The biggest thing she learned the hard was, was to keep the ornaments in clear containers in the light if you make them ahead of time. her first batch was in cardboard boxes in the back room and started to get moldy!

    i think we ended up making 160 or so favors. i'll have to ask her how much it cost but i dont think it was very much at all. the silicone cupcake holders were on sale with a coupon at michaels or something like that and the birdseed was from home depot!
