I always wanted a tiara to wear but not 100% sure I will wear one or not with my veil. If I do it will only be for the ceremony and then I plan to switch to a feather clip for the reception. I may change my mind and if I do this is what I would wear:

I bought a headband from a local designer for $80 it was all blinged out and I loved it but after trying it with my dress there was something about them together... I just didn' love it... I found this at Charming Charlies for $10... It's perfect!

I have a small head so to make sure it would fit I decided to get one with elastic. The only one I found that I liked was from DB. Since then I think it's been discontinued so I got lucky because it was way cheaper than the one I tried on with my dress when I was dress shopping.
