Yes! I am still on it! I graduated to level 2 yesterday because level 1 wasnt making me sweat anymore. I cant tell if I lost any weight b/c 1 i dont own a scale (I dont want to know how much i weigh) and 2 I am bloated. So we will see next week if I lost any weight. But one thing is for sure, my endrance level is way up.

Pasma - whenever you feel better, try to start doing the DVD on Level 1; the Endorphins you get from working out will probably help ease your migrain headaches.
KSturgis - for me, it works better to work out at lunch because I'm not a morning person and when I get home working out is the LAST thing I wanna do...but alot of the ladies I work with perfer to work out in the evenings, HTH!
I started the shred...I actually mix it in with the gym, but have decided to do it almost daily in addition to my gym routine rather than in place of it. I am on day 3...last night was better than the first night and I hope that tonight will be better than last. I am just trying to lose inches and firm up some areas although I started out counting pounds. I am on a high and have been in a much better mood since I've been eating better and working out in some way every day...except Fridays...that's my off day.

I would suggest that you take your measurements (even if you've already started) because you will probably see more of a difference in inches lost/how clothes fit as opposed to actual lower numbers on the scale. (That's what I've seen anyway from most who use it.)
Also, there is a blog called Shredheads that has posts, links, before/after pics, etc of different people who do the Shred.
