hair & make up suggestions?

I have a friend who does hair & make up but has no idea what to price.
So first question is what would you recommend I tell her as standard fees?
Second question if I choose not to use her, who would you recommend?

    I recommend Holly Speakes, she travels & does hair / make-up (even airbrush).

    I used Michelle Salvatore from http://www.stlbeautifulbride.com and she was fabulous. She came to my house and did my mom's and bridesmaids' hair as well. Her prices are on her website. She was able to work with a variety of hair types and our hairstyles lasted all day and night and were just stunning. I did my own makeup.
