Wedding Venue in Southern Maine for a small wedding/small budget

I am trying to plan our small wedding (25 guests at the most) for September 2011 in Southern Maine.  I would like to find a place that we could have our ceremony and reception at.  We are also going to try to find accomodations for a few nights after the wedding.  If anyone has any advice or ideas, I could really use some help.  I would love to have our ceremony outside or by the ocean would be ideal.  Any suggestions would be great appreciated.  Thank you!!!

    The driftwood inn on Bailey island is 1500 for a facility rental...which may seem like a lot. But they let you use their entire facility including kitchen, and they will let you BYOB. Its on the water and your guests can stay right there!

    Our ceremony location is very reasonable - it's I think 300 dollars or something, and it is SO New England - the Old Meeting House in Yarmouth.  Not sure about nearby reception venues as we are doing ours at my parents' house.
