  At that age, I think it might be best to just ask their parents for a suggestion of what they might like.  Even though they're too young to realize why they're getting a gift, it's still a nice gesture to get them something for being in your wedding.

  I'd just get them a toy.  
  
  If you want to make it extra special, you could always go with a fun toy and a savings bond.

  I bought my flower girls (who are 4) a Disney Princess wedding book. They are really into Disney Princesses, so they LOVED it. 

  I'm the nerdy aunt who always gifts book, so you could get an age-appropriate book.

  It was a fairytale.

  Get them a toy or book, etc.  Their thank you should be something they would use now and not some keepsake that will be useful in 15 years.  A build a bear bride bear for the little girl maybe?  Find out what they really like and pretend it is their bday or Christmas.  Keep it simple.

  I'm thinking about getting NY Giants or Yankees jersies for the boys (7 and 11) and a tiara and princess-y things for the girl (4).  She'll likely break whatever she gets within a week, but for that day, she can feel like a princess.
