We ended up going with beef and chicken. It's a roasted chicken, so a little different, but tasted way better than the breaded chicken.
We also found out how the room is going to be laid out with guest book, where the cake will be, where we are setting up our bean bag toss boards (corn hole), where the photo booth will go and the best place to have our receiving line.
I'm working my PT fun-money job this weekend. I'm working a pre-wedding party for popular local athlete tonight. It should be fun....and cold.
