Sarah Ciccone

Hi Ladies!

Alright, my Fiance and I have a meeting with Sarah Ciccone on October 5th to talk about possibly using her for our wedding.  I think her pics are just beautiful!  Tell me the pros and cons of her.  I know it's only her, and she has been very open that if something came up, she could not make, but we would get a full refund.  I know that's a risk, but I amy be willing to take it.  Has anyone ever had any issues with that?  Any issues in general too?

I want to hear from those who have actually met with her and used her.

    We are not using Sarah, but she typically gets good reviews here.  We emailed her to set up a meeting, but I was kind of turned off by her response email.  And I wasn't willing to take the risk of not having a photographer on our wedding day; everyone else we met with had at least "photog friend" as a back up.  

    If you're ok with that, go for it! Her pictures are really good.

    We are using her for our wedding in 2 weeks.  She has been so great to work with so far.  Our engagement pictures turned out AMAZING, we got so many compliments on them.  It's true that she doesn't have a 'back-up' and initially we were a little worried about that but after talking to her and some of our friends I really don't think it will be an issue.  A coworker got married this weekend also used Sarah, she said she was a blast to work with and guests were commenting on her creativity while they were talking pictures.

    We used Sarah and I cannot say enough good things about her. She is fabulous to work with, super kind, friendly, down-to-earth, and she does an AMAZING job. I loved our e-pics and am absolutely in LOVE with our wedding pics (we're Ted and Dana on her bio). Our guests and friends and family even raved about working with her. She does such a great job of capturing the feel of the day and emotion, light, the essence of people, etc. It's probably kind of hard for people who don't know me and my family to tell, but how she 'captured' some of our friends and family was absolutely amazing. I will absolutely cherish those pictures forever.

    She is always prompt with emails. Like I've said before in reviews about her, and just from working with her, I can tell it would have to be something earth-shattering to keep her from making a wedding. I was pretty sure of that when we booked with her, and I am even more sure now. And in the extremely rare event that happened, I am sure she would do her best to send recs your way, even though she cannot guarantee a replacement. And really, if ANY photographer had an emergency, what are the chances they would be able to find an equally amazing backup last minute? Most of them would be booked myself.

    Anyway, I COMPLETELY recommend her, without a moment of hesitation. The value you get with her is outstanding. Seriously couldn't be any happier. Okay, I'll stop raving now :)

    Wonderful ladies, thank you so much for all the input!!! That's kind of how I felt too, but I just needed to hear it from those who have used her before! :)
